Excellent service! We had forgotten the combination code for our American Tourister checked luggage and went to Square Luggage to get it unlocked. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. They not only unlocked the bag within 10 minutes, but also figured out the original code for us and patiently explained how to reset it with a new combination. They also have a really good collection of luggage and bags. I highly, highly recommend Square Luggage, whether you’re looking to purchase a new bag or need an old one repaired. Fantastic service and a great experience!

When I needed to have a piece of Samsonite luggage repaired some months back, I was stressed to see that the closest service center was almost an hour's drive away. But when I made the drive, it was absolutely worth it. My experience with this family owned and operated business was excellent: they gave me detailed instructions to get to a parking spot behind their store, they were very friendly and welcoming when I came in, and our interaction was the perfect balance of professionalism and warmth, with clear communication and patient answers to my questions. A small detail, but I appreciated that they let me use their bathroom in the back room of the store. And I was also very pleasantly surprised to learn they would mail the luggage back to me, instead of me having to pick it up -- and when I received the luggage, I saw that they did a great job on the repairs. So much so that I was happy to make another hour-long drive to them a few days ago, to have repairs done on another piece of luggage. Needless to say, I highly recommend Square Luggage: in an age of big box stores and employees who don't really care, it was refreshing to work with a business that clearly puts a lot of pride

I have visited Square Luggage multiple times to get my Samsonite bags repaired. The team is incredibly kind, resourceful and turns the repairs around quickly. Any time I need a repair, I am going to Square!

I had a great experience with Square Luggage. I brought in a warranty repair for a Samsonite luggage, they checked the RMA, took the luggage, and it was repaired and delivered to my home in less than a week. I dropped it off on a Friday and got it delivered the following Tuesday. It was a very easy transaction, simple and no hassle at all.

I had the handle break on one of my Bric's suitcase and living in Nashville did not have a local dealer for repairs. I contacted Bric's who referred me to their webpage where a list of approved dealers were listed. I contacted Square Luggage and sent the requested information and photos of the broken part. They were extremely helpful and told me the cost if the part and shipping which I found very affordable. After a quick phone call they were able to have the replacement handle to me and the suitcase again looks brand new. I likely won’t be able to shop their store directly; however, reviewing their website I will definitely keep their information for any future needs.
